Every year on December 3rd, in celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Estonian Chamber of People with Disabilities, the Women's Choir of Tallinn Technical University, and the Chamber Choir Encore co-organize an event with various organizations from the local disability network to showcase accessibility.

The event was first broadcast live on national television in 2023, featuring comprehensive accessibility measures. The event includes audio description, sign language interpretation, live captioning, and easy-to-read language summaries of the songs. It is held in an accessible venue to ensure inclusivity. The program features a selection of choir songs interspersed with small pieces by poets. Several members of the choir were from the deaf community, and one of the camera operators (close-up camera operator) was blind, showcasing inclusion in various ways. The accessibility features are available both on national television and on-site, ensuring that all attendees and viewers can fully participate and enjoy the event.

The idea of the event is to showcase various methods of making events and their contents as accessible as possible.

This initiative has sparked great interest across the country, encouraging other event organizers to adopt similar practices.
