This session was dedicated to exploring how technology can bridge the gap between idea and real-world inclusion. The event showcased innovative digital solutions addressing disability and accessibility challenges, featuring team pitches, jury evaluation and an award ceremony.
We brought together decision-makers, designers and users to discuss the barriers and opportunities in inclusive technology. The afternoon culminated in the presentation of the innovative solutions developed by our interdisciplinary teams during our intensive hackathon.
The aim was to raise awareness of digital accessibility, inclusive innovation and EU‑level initiatives in disability tech. The AccessibleEU National Expert also contributed to the event as a mentor to the hackathon participants.
