Joint cooperation of Muzeum města Brna and Teiresias Centre, Masaryk University has made the baroque casemates of Špilberk Castle accessible to deaf and hard of hearing visitors. Visitors can borrow a tablet with an interactive guide who will guide them through the exhibition via Czech sign language.
The individual stops are marked directly in the ticket office and correspond to the points in the digital map on the tablet. Clicking on a map point will provide visitors with interesting information in sign language via virtual guide.
For visitors who prefer written text, subtitles in Czech were prepared as well.
