To increase accessibility within an organization, it is important to work consistently and take concrete steps to make various areas more accessible. This includes digital spaces as well as built environment.
In order to assist in this, MFD, has created checklists to help organization’s plan, organize and create meetings and conferences where everyone can participate and contribute.
The checklists serve as a reference when booking and procuring both small and large meetings and conference venues. It also guides organizers in the planning and delivery of accessible meetings and conferences.
The lists are easy to follow and check off- They provide basic advice, tips and tools on accessibility and how to improve it. At the end of the checklists, explanations and more in-depth information are provided.
