The law applies to a range of products and services, including computers and operating systems, ATMs, ticketing, and check-in machines, smartphones, television equipment related to digital television services, telecommunication services and related terminal equipment, access to audio-visual media services, passenger transport services by air, bus, rail, and waterborne, banking services, e-books and dedicated software and e-commerce.
