Act (2023:254) on the availability of certain products and services - Lag (2023:254) om vissa produkters och tjänsters tillgänglighet

This Act contains provisions on requirements for certain products and services in terms of their availability. The Act aims to remove and counter obstacles to effective competition and to promote equality of persons in living conditions and participation in social life.

The law implements Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and the Council of 17 April 2019 on accessibility requirements for products and services.
