ČSN 73 4001 Přístupnost a bezbariérové užívání - Accessibility and barrier-free use

This standard applies to the design of accessibility and barrier-free use of new buildings and transportation infrastructure structures, changes to a project prior to its completion, and modifications to completed structures in built-up areas or in areas zoned for development in connection with planned construction.

This standard applies to public facilities, residential buildings, workplaces, roadways, and public spaces. This standard does not apply to single-family homes and recreational structures, including access to them.
