Is culture accessible to people with disabilities? - Ar kultūra – prieinama žmonėms su negalia?

The Day of Persons with Disabilities is celebrated annually on December the 3rd. This day encourages people to look back on ensuring the rights and well-being of people with disabilities, as well as raising awareness about the situation of disabled people in various areas, among them.

Despite this, disabled artists and residents are still unable to fully participate in the cultural life of society today. Why is that?
