Description
This toolkit aims to give disability advocates tools and proposals to push for strong national legislation and adequate implementation complying with the European Accessibility Act, referred to as ‘the Act’. I
n Part 1 of the toolkit provides a brief introduction of the Act with related key documents and definitions, a timeline for transposition and implementation, and indicates who the main players of the process are.
Part 2 aims to explain what the Act covers. It expands on the most important provisions of the Act to consider during the transposition phase.
