Legislation for the entry and accessibility requirements of the Higher Education through the Pancyprian University Entry Examinations, to all state universities. It safeguards the right to reasonable accommodations by specifically referring to individual equipment (assistive technology), and other accommodations according to the candidate’s disability-related needs during the exam.

These may include some provisions for physical (mobility) and cognitive (facilitations in exams, i.e., personal assistants) accessibility, access to mainstream technology, and differentiated exam material and procedures.

The Special Committee for the Provision of Facilities examines candidates’ requests for accommodations and ensures the rights of persons with disabilities towards this aim.
