Ligipääsetavuse ABC e-kursus - Accessibility ABC e-Course

This online course, "Ligipääsetavuse ABC e-kursus," introduces essential accessibility knowledge tailored to various disabilities, focusing on user experiences and diverse special needs.

The course includes 12 educational videos that explore different types of disabilities, such as hearing impairments (hard of hearing and sign language users), visual impairments (partially sighted and blind), mobility impairments (users of mobility aids and those with motor impairments), and cognitive disabilities.

Additionally, the course features six awareness-raising videos on specific topics:

• Accessibility from a child's perspective through playground planning.
• Interview by young person with  people with disabilities,discussing visual and mobility impairments and how to communicate with consideration for these needs.
• Legal aspects and challenges of accessible e-services and environments.
• A simplified explanation of accessibility to raise awareness.
• A video in Russian.
• An overview of simple language, its purpose, and creation.
• Each topic concludes with self-assessment tests to reinforce the knowledge gained.
