AccessibleEU Bulgaria - Accessibility capacity building and training (25-WS-BG-01)

The event aims to study and discuss the accessibility training needs and achievements of the state institutions, municipalities, NGOs, schools and universities, service providers, business, experts and self-advocates in Bulgaria.

What training do the experts in various sectors need in order to educate, train and support people with different disabilities and to design, develop and implement services and products that are accessible for all? The event will provide examples from the Bulgarian experience in introductory and specialised accessibility training in the field of built environment, ICT, school and university education, social services and products. The experience and the needs will be discussed together with some relevant good practices in accessible training and standards under AccessibleEU.
