AccessibleEU Bulgaria - Accessibility legislation: Let’s talk about challenges and opportunities (25-AW-BG-01)

This AccessibleEU event, co-organised with the Bulgarian Centеr for No for Profit Law (BCNL), seeks to raise awareness on the European Accessibility Act which has come into force on 28 June this year.

The event will:

  • Focus on the European Accessibility Act as common legal framework
  • Introduce and discuss the Bulgarian law on accessibility, the responsible and affected stakeholders, the requirements and challenges.
  • Present relevant resources under AccessibleEU.

  • Target audience: Public institutions, municipalities, judicial bodies, public health institutions, educational institutions, public libraries and cultural institutions, education and e-learning platforms, private sector business, service providers, NGOs, experts, PWD (with no pre-existing knowledge on accessibility legislation).
