The aim of this conference is to bring together stakeholders, representatives from ministries, various institutions, universities, faculties, professionals, associations of persons with disabilities, equipment manufacturers, etc., to network and to learn about the latest information on national and EU regulations, specifically the European Accessibility (EAA).
Topics will be presented and discussed in four segments: regulation, achievements, challenges and proposals.
Special emphasis will be placed on urban transport, but all other types of transport will be addressed, as well as all other sectors of accessibility, such as built environment, ICT and AI, public policy, standardisation, education, health etc., in order to better and timely harmonise everything at the national and EU level.
The conference is a continuation of last year's conference “Shared public space - Design for accessible mobility – Accessible transport for all”, organised as a part of the European Mobility Week.
