This webinar, co-organised by AccessibleEU and the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, will offer practical tips, proven practices, and effective technology solutions to help organisers plan and deliver truly inclusive events.

Drawing on real-world examples, participants will learn how to anticipate and remove common barriers, from inaccessible registration forms to uncaptioned live streams or venues without step-free access. The event will also cover cost-effective measures and simple adjustments that can have a major impact on participation and user experience.

It will guide attendees through each stage of the event-planning process – from initial concept to post-event evaluation – with accessibility embedded at every step. Particular attention will be paid to balancing the needs of diverse participants while maintaining smooth logistics and high content quality.
