This European event, organised by AccessibleEU with the National Disability Authority, aims to strengthen accessibility in transport systems across Europe by fostering structured cooperation among public authorities, transport operators, industry leaders, researchers, and organisations representing persons with disabilities.

The event raises awareness of the complexity and urgency of accessibility challenges in transport, highlighting the need for stronger implementation of EU rules, the potential of technological and operational innovation, and the real world impact of inaccessible mobility on users.

Through keynote speeches, expert panels and lived experience testimonies, participants will explore international best practices, national developments, and user centred approaches.

The event also emphasises the importance of cross sectoral collaboration and meaningful involvement of people with disabilities in shaping future mobility systems. This event provides a platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collective commitment to advancing universal accessibility in transport.
