The aim is to demonstrate that universal accessibility is a lever for social inclusion, performance and innovation for all organisations.
This event will take place in several stages:
- Introduction to the morning session, presentation of Accessible EU and the various speakers.
- Overview of employment and disability at the regional, national (France), and European levels.
- Definitions of universal accessibility in the workplace: a global and integrated framework.
- Round table (format to be confirmed) on support mechanisms (training and integration), highlighting best practices.
- Summary and call for collective action toward an inclusive workplace — everywhere, for everyone, by everyone, and in a sustainable way.

- Company representatives (executives, HR professionals, CSR/diversity/inclusion managers, disability officers, internal communication managers, etc.), with the aim of raising awareness about universal accessibility in the workplace.
- Persons with disabilities and representatives of associations advocating for their rights and inclusion.
- Professionals and organizations involved in employment inclusion and disability support, such as Cap Emploi (which will be participating as a speaker), France Travail, training providers, and support structures, to foster dialogue on inclusive practices and policies.
- Institutions and local authorities, with a focus on showcasing support mechanisms and public initiatives.
