This worshop co-organized by APF France Handicap and AccessibleEU, is a hands-on learning experience designed to help organisations embrace inclusive innovation at a pivotal moment, as the European Accessibility Act reshapes responsibilities across Europe.
Through interactive micro-workshops, applied research insights, and real-life case studies from committed companies, participants will:
• Understand how inclusive design goes beyond regulatory compliance to create long-term value.
• Practice strategies that foster creativity, strengthen social cohesion, and drive
organizational performance.
• Gain actionable tools and guidance to embed accessibility into daily practices.
This 4th edition of Inclusive Innovation Day also marks the launch of the Inclusive Designer Label, offering participants fresh resources to sustain inclusive innovation within their own
organisations.

• How to leverage extreme users for innovation?
Demonstration of Tous Inclus, the award-winning workshop by APF France handicap TechLab (European Academy of Management, Academy of Entrepreneurship & Innovation).
• How to co-design with people with disabilities? The role of designer’s mindset.
Learn from research conducted by the TechLab and École Polytechnique on designer posture and adapt your own practices.
• How does an organisation’s perception of identities influence its approach to inclusion?
Based on research from the Inclusive Innovation Observatory, we will explore how identity management impacts inclusion within organizations.
