It is co-organised by AccessibleEU, the National Confederation of Disabled People (N.C.D.P.), and the Small Business Institute of the Hellenic Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants (IME-GSEVEE).
The main objectives of the workshop are to:
. Raise awareness among SMEs about the human rights-based approach to disability.
. Inform SMEs on how to make their infrastructure and services accessible and inclusive to persons with disabilities.
. Highlight the challenges SMEs face in their efforts to mainstream disability into their policies and practices.
. Identify the barriers encountered by persons with disabilities in their interactions with SMEs as potential employees and/or customers.
. Promote collaboration between SMEs and Organizations of Persons with Disabilities.
