All research students wil receive information about AccessibleEU and they will be addressed to think about how their research areas are related to access facilities, medical services, etc. The presentation will also demonstrate how an accessible conference should be organised and supported to be accessible for all.

An AccessibleEU desk will be set up.

• It will be acconmpanied by the PTE access support unit volunteers, spreading information about what services and support is available for students with disabilities
• There will be opportunity to try some technical devices.
• There will be personal and group consultation about access related research topics.
• There will be an "accessibility related research mapping" part of the section.
