AccessibleEU Latvia - Accessibility of goods and services. Regulatory framework, practice and solutions (25-AW-LV-01)

On June 28, 2025, the Accessibility of Goods and Services Law will enter into force in Latvia, which transposes the EU Directive on the Accessibility of Goods and Services.

The Ministry of Welfare, which has developed the law, is interested in informing the wider public about the norms included in the law, deadlines, goods and services to which the norms of the law will apply, as well as the competent institutions responsible for compliance with the norms of the law.
