Experts from various organisations of persons with disabilities will provide information on how to get to know and communicate with people with various disabilities. Especially in those cases where a specific place (a museum, a cinema or other) is not fully accessible, communication skills are very useful.
These workshops will also provide answers to the following questions: "How do I start to create an accessible place?", "What resources will be needed?", "Where can I go for information and help?", "How can I calculate the economic benefits of an inclusive place?", and so on.
