Organisers of various events often lack the knowledge and skills to create an accessible event. As a result, some people, including persons with disabilities, are excluded from conferences, exhibitions, fairs, etc. events. As experience shows, in most cases it is not difficult to solve problems - it is important to have the right knowledge.
Participants will be introduced to the guidelines for the organisation of events and will also receive knowledge on how to start organising the event, how to spread information, and how the content of the event should be conveyed so that it is understood by people with intellectual disabilities. The event will also discuss the availability of infrastructure.
There will be an active exchange of information, especially in the part of the creative workshop during which new acquaintances and connections will be formed and can be mutually beneficial.
