Participants will get acquainted with the different ways AI is being used for the blind and visually impaired, and they willl hear about the latest developments. The first session of the workshop is suitable for everyone, even if there is no prior experience with AI. The second session takes a closer look at the most recent developments in artificial intelligence to delve deeper into the possibilities of AI for people with visual impairments, such as computer vision, natural language processing, and much more. These sessions will discover how these technologies can improve the life of those who have a visual disability and how people with visual impairments are themselves leading new developments.
