AccessibleEU Centre is launching the training course Accessible Technology Design - Advanced which aims to strengthen and consolidate the knowledge gained through introductory accessibility training.

This first edition takes a practical and technical approach, equipping learners with advanced methodologies, tools and evaluation criteria to support the design, development, auditing and continuous improvement of accessible digital products and services.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how accessibility can be integrated throughout the digital product lifecycle, helping organisations create more inclusive and user-centred technologies.

AccessibleEU recommends that prospective students first complete the AccessibleEU Online Training - Accessible Technology Design (4th edition) course which provides the foundational concepts of universal accessibility in digital environments and serves as an ideal preparation for this advanced programme.

The advanced course consists of 8 modules covering key aspects of advanced digital accessibility:

  1. Design requirements for different users
  2. Structure and semantic markup
  3. Images
  4. Visual design
  5. Responsive design and zoom
  6. Multimedia, animations and motion
  7. Forms
  8. Dynamic content

This training has been designed to allow students to complete it at their own pace. It is imparted only in English. Registration is free of cost.
