The survey aims to gather information on how large companies and SME’s in Europe currently use tools, training and internal processes to build accessible products and services, and perceive the value and business impact of accessibility.
Additionally, it seeks to know how these companies experience practical and regulatory challenges as well as identify the policy actions and support that would help them go further.
