Cognitive accessibility is a growing concept. Although, there are several guidelines available addressing it from the point of view of communication, service delivery and built environment, there is still a lot of work to be done.

This guide aims to offer insight on cognitive accessibility and its related concepts for professionals that are not familiar with this field. It provides them with the current existing knowledge and information on the main barriers that people with cognitive accessibility needs face as well as basic guidelines, evaluation methodologies, and existing good practices.

It can be downloaded free of cost in all EU languages.
