The purpose of this survey is to evaluate the access that persons with disabilities have to cancer detection, diagnosis, treatment and attention. The results will be incorporated into the European Cancer Inequalities Registry, which will allow to better understand access to screening and healthcare, as well as the impact of cancer on persons with disabilities. The data will also help guide Member States on how to increase access to healthcare for persons with disabilities.

The survey is aimed at persons with disabilities that been diagnosed with cancer and persons with disabilities that have been diagnosed and treated for cancer, including in clinical trials. All answers are anonymous and results will be reported at an aggregate level only.

The response process takes between 10 and 20 minutes. Respondents can choose the language to answer the survey and there is an easy-to-read version. The period to submit answers ends on 8 October.
