European policymakers, transport operators, industry experts and disability advocates will gather in Dublin in June for a major European event focused on strengthening accessibility across transport systems.

The conference will address the growing urgency and complexity of accessibility challenges in transport, underlining the real‑world consequences of inaccessible systems for passengers with disabilities. Discussions will focus on the implementation of EU accessibility rules, the role of technological and operational innovation, and the need for transport systems that are designed around users’ needs.

The event will take place on Tuesday, 9 June 2026, from 9:30 to 16:30 (IST) at the Aviva Stadium, Havelock Area, Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4, with a hybrid format. The livestream link will be shared with registered participants the day before the event.

Participation is free of charge. The venue is fully accessible, with live captioning in English, Irish Sign Language and International Sign interpretation provided. The event will be conducted in English.

Access the registration form and the agenda for more information.
