The Diversity Pledge (Diversitetsløftet), led by Dansk Industri, is a national initiative encouraging companies across Denmark to actively commit to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Organisations that join the pledge work systematically with inclusion across recruitment, leadership, workplace culture, and employee retention. Accessibility is addressed as part of a broader inclusion agenda, including the removal of physical, digital, and organisational barriers that may exclude people with disabilities.

The initiative provides practical tools, guidance, and peer inspiration, enabling companies to translate commitments into measurable actions. By embedding accessibility within mainstream business practices rather than treating it as a niche concern, the pledge helps scale inclusive thinking across sectors and contributes to long-term cultural change in the Danish labour market.
