The INCLUDES project (Promoting Just and Inclusive Mobility Policies in European Regions) is an Interreg Europe-funded initiative designed to reshape urban transport. It ensures mobility systems address the needs of vulnerable populations—such as the elderly, people with disabilities, and women—fostering a socially just transition to low-carbon transport.
The project adopts a comprehensive thematic approach to enhance policies by focusing on three key accessibility aspects—physical, digital, and financial—and two methodological facets—data as a governance tool and participatory methods—creating a holistic framework.
