Some elderly people are reluctant to use digital services, for different reasons. Some because they don’t see why, others because they are afraid, others yet because they don’t know how to do. No matter the reason, this puts them at a disadvantage in the increasingly digitalized world.

The Swedish Educational Broadcasting Company, UR, has produced three seasons of the TV show "Seniorsurfarna" featuring famous Swedish people using digital services. Being famous and popular, people can relate to these people, and get a positive feeling from the start.

In the form of entertainment, this series can help the target audience understand the benefits and learn more about accessibility and risks, so that ultimately, they may become more included.

All episodes are subtitled, audio described and sign language interpreted.
