The Tallinn Accessibility Information System (LIPS) website provides comprehensive information on the accessibility of public facilities for disabled individuals, their caregivers, elderly people, parents with children, fitness enthusiasts, visitors, and local residents.
Users can search for the accessibility of public buildings, the locations of accessible parking spaces, and the navigability of various routes. The site also offers information on public transport stops and crossings. Searches can be filtered by categories, target groups, and accessibility levels, displayed either on a map or as a list.
The website, which is regularly updated with new information, features a section at the bottom showcasing recently added and updated entries with detailed information. Initiated by the City of Tallinn and supported by the European Regional Fund, LIPS also allows users to contribute by submitting suggestions through the "Add Suggestion" button.
