Todos Incluídos is a digital platform developed by the Inclusive Community Forum (ICF) of Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE), a leading Portuguese university.
The platform acts as a matchmaking tool between people with disabilities seeking employment and companies committed to inclusive recruitment practices.
It provides two main pathways: one for people with disabilities to find work opportunities with inclusive employers, and one for companies to find talent among people with disabilities.
The initiative includes a series of awareness-raising video resources covering topics such as inclusive recruitment, workplace integration and inclusive culture, and the importance of participation in working life for people with disabilities.
The platform itself was developed in compliance with the fundamental principles of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), making it an example of accessible digital practice as well as an inclusive employment tool. This dual dimension - an accessible platform promoting inclusive employment - makes it particularly relevant to the European Accessibility Act, which explicitly covers digital services and employment-related services.
The project reflects a growing recognition among Portuguese academic institutions of their role in bridging the gap between people with disabilities and the labour market, going beyond traditional corporate social responsibility to build a structured, technology-enabled inclusive recruitment infrastructure.
The platform operates under the oversight of the ICF of Nova SBE, which focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion in business contexts.
