The Ggantija Archaeological Park complex is a prehistoric monument located on the Xghara plateau on the island of Gozo. It comprises two structures built between 3600 and 3200 BC. The park also features an Interpretation Centre which is Accessible to All for wheelchair users. Accessibility within this site of world importance has been greatly improved with the construction of an interpretation centre and accessible walkways within the prehistoric site itself. The Access statement (URL provided below) describes the facilities and services offered to visitors. The guide provides information of how to get to the site, describing transport information as well as general information regarding the immediate environment surround the park.

The entrance into the site is through the Interpretation Centre which is accessible to all, and moreover a wheelchair is available for ambulant disabled people who may need a wheelchair to experience the prehistoric monuments.

Several videos, within the Interpretation Centre provide information in audio/visual format and include subtitles.

The guide also provides information of the lighting levels within the Centre, providing important information for visually impaired people.

The guide also describes the accessibility features: A ramped access route that follows universal accessibility gradient levels links the Interpretation Centre to the Ġgantija archaeological monument. Seating is available at various intervals along the route. Several panels are placed at various spots along the route and landscaped areas which provide interesting snippets of information on the landscape, the history of the site and local flora and fauna. The route leads visitors to the temple area. This is an archaeologically sensitive zone and therefore ramps have been limited to the inner areas of the monument.
