Description

This study determines that the feeling of unwanted loneliness in people with disabilities is influenced by emotional, social and structural factors. Among the main triggers are accidents, moving, social rejection and accessibility barriers, which significantly restrict opportunities for social inclusion and participation in the community. Loneliness tends to intensify at specific times of the daily routine, especially at night and on weekends.

Generative artificial intelligence is presented as a strategic tool to address these needs through three fundamental pillars: complement, motivation and emotional support. As a complement, generative artificial intelligence makes everyday life easier with practical solutions, such as route planning and locating inclusive spaces. In motivational terms, it encourages social interaction through personalized reminders and suggestions tailored to the user's interests. In its emotional dimension, generative artificial intelligence allows the recognition and recording of moods, creating a safe space for personal reflection and well-being.
