AccessibleEU Greece - Designing accessible events (WS & MLE-GR-01)

AccessibleEU, The European Network for Accessible Tourism (ENAT) and the National Confederation of Disabled People of Greece (NCDP) co-organise a workshop in Athens to raise awareness on the importance of accessibility for persons with disabilities.

The aim of this workshop is to inform both public and private sector actors on how to design and organise events accessible for All, in order to enhance the experience of everyone attending and attract a wider audience. Accessible events enable everyone to participate on equal terms, ensuring their full involvement in cultural and social activities, tourism and leisure, education and every other aspect of society.

Examples of good practice will be presented by public and private sector actors, covering all kinds of events including meetings and conferences, exhibitions, cultural events and performances, sports events.
