One of the aims of AccessibleEU is to facilitate implementation of EU regulation on Accessibility in member states. PTS, as a national regulator, has the same ambition, and so do the members of Svensk Tillgänglighet.
The impact of electronic communication on citizens, with or without disabilities, is huge. Almost everybody needs telecommunication services, and any accessibility problems can cause great frustration.
