Cover of the report

The first "Accessibility Findings Report" from the Spain Tourist Board in London has been published. This report, the result of the Spain For All campaign, includes the progress and challenges in tourism accessibility, highlighting the importance of guaranteeing an inclusive experience for all people.

The first step of Spain for All was to understand where Spain currently stands as an accessible destination. The Spanish Tourist Office (STO) commissioned a survey in December 2023, asking 1800 UK adults for their thoughts on how accessible Spain is as a travel destination. The key finding was that 86% of respondents considered Spain to be ‘very or quite’ accessible.

Throughout the sessions, different key issues have been addressed such as the need to have accurate and up-to-date information and implement innovative solutions that respond to the accessibility needs of all people.
