EBU Dutch Member, Oogvereniging, have launched a multistaged questionnaire consisting of different surveys on accessibility of sports activities for visually impaired persons. The first survey is open until 27 September.

In collaboration with the European Blind Union (EBU), Dutch Member Oogvereniging (Eye Association) have launched a multistaged questionnaire consisting of different surveys aimed at exploring the current state of the accessibility of sports activities for visually impaired persons across Europe.

The objective of this activity is getting to know better the barriers that blind and partially sighted persons face when trying to participate in physical activities, as well as to learn more about best practices that have already been implemented in this area.

If you're interested in helping EBU promote more inclusive sporting activities, you can already share your experiences by filling out the first survey: answer survey here. The deadline for responding is 27 September 2024.
