AccessibleEU Lithuania - Protected areas of Lithuania accessible to all (25-NW-LT-01)

This AccessibleEU event is planned together with the State Service for Protected Areas under the Ministry of the Environment of Lithuania.

It will bring together different stakeholders to share and learn about the needs of people with disabilities, what accessibility services in nature are relevant for people with different disabilities and what accessibility services people with disabilities miss in nature.

Good practices and examples on universal design in nature will be shared and examined to work together towards creating protected areas accessible to all.

  • Target audience: Staff of the State Service for Protected Areas and subordinate institutions, representatives of outdoor leisure facilities, people with disabilities and everyone interested in accessibility options in nature.
