State Fund for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled provides training courses in the use of specialized computer programs to simplify documents and methods of communication with clients. Simple language is a set of rules and good practices for creating understandable texts. Thanks to them, the average reader can understand the text after reading it for the first time. This way, they can easily find the information they need and use it, without having to ask additional questions.

An example of a useful tool is Jasnopis. This is an application that measures the difficulty level of text and automatically simplifies the text. It does not require installing any additional software or IT or linguistic knowledge. The application measures the difficulty level of the text on a 7-point scale. The following requirements apply: the text must be written in Polish, be at least 100 words long and cannot be of an artistic nature (especially poetic). Using Jasnopis allows us check texts of up to 1,800 characters for free.
