A guide to check accessibility so that more people with disabilities can join the community. This applies to both people with minor and major physical, psychological and cognitive disabilities/diagnoses – this could be, for example, muscular dystrophy, autism, brain damage, arthritis or hearing impairment.
The guide is structured as a matrix and is targeted at associations, but can be used widely, e.g. by workplaces or places of study. The message is that small changes can make a big difference. And that accessibility is about more than wheelchair access. It is also about being able to benefit from the activity and feeling like part of the community.
