The Law provides for: harmonization to EU standards and Directive (EU 1025/2012); compliance to the EU accessibility standard 301 549 V1.1.2 (2015-04); provision of users information about the accessibility of the website or application; alternative browsing sitemaps; additional accessibility options; available and accessible at a later stage, and no later than 14 days, any livestreamed media available on the Internet or recorded and republished, with priority to basic information on public health, quality of life and safety.

A Monitoring Committee is the feedback mechanism. However, websites and mobile applications of schools’ digital educational content, the public media agencies and NGOs that do not provide basic information to the public, and large private agencies are excluded from the Law.
