The manual is one of the stages of the Diversity mixer project and is intended for everyone in the cultural and creative industries, and it was created in the program area Kitchen of Diversity, Rijeka 2020 - European Capital of Culture.

The purpose of the handbook is to help with practices, questions and reflections related to the recognition of the right to diversity, the inclusion of others, different and differently abled, and their participation in culture. It consists of three chapters, in the first "Equal opportunities or why it is important to be authentic", the focus is on the production of art and culture with the aim of reducing and eliminating assumptions for discrimination. Second part "Who can't access culture and why?" is aimed at the audience and users of cultural content, while the third part is "Culture in an unintentional digital environment".
