The guide was prepared with the aim of informing and sensitizing entrepreneurs and company managers (eg Human Resources Managers) on the issue of employment of people with disabilities and chronic diseases.

It aspires to contribute to facilitating the access of people with disabilities and chronic conditions to the world of work by: a) providing information about disability and the obligations of employers, b) removing erroneous stereotypes against people with disabilities and chronic conditions ailments and c) suggesting ways to integrate the disability dimension into the corporate culture.
