Order 189/2013 ref. the approval of the Regulations on the adaptation of civil buildings and urban space to the needs of disabled people, indicative NP 051/2012l

The document states quality conditions of the built environment - civil buildings and urban space - in order to ensure unrestricted access and use by persons with disabilities, as well as by persons who are temporarily or occasionally in situations of disability.

The regulation sets a minimum set of criteria for defining the accessibility and reasonable adaptation of civil buildings and urban spaces for people with disabilities, except historical buildings.
