AccessibleEU Czechia - LangSkills II Closing conference (24-AW-CZ-01)

This AccessibleEU event is part of "Erasmus+ KA 2 project: Language skills and learning preferences of deaf and hard of hearing students", in partnership with ASNEP (Association of the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and their Friends, Czech Republic).

The aim of the conference is to raise awareness and create a forum for dialogue, exchange of ideas and experiences in the field of (sign) language teaching and learning and internationalisation of deaf and hard of hearing learners.

It is also a space to disseminate the results of the LangSkills II project, and to promote the goals and focus of the AccessibleEU project to the broader public. 

  • Target audience: The conference provides space for learning and sharing for various interest groups: 
    • deaf and hard of hearing learners who learn a foreign language,
    • language teachers who work with DHH students, future teachers,
    • interpreters, trainee interpreters,
    • speech-to-text reporters,
    • service providers,
    • sign language linguists,
    • members of deaf clubs, deaf and hard of hearing organizations,
    • and anyone interested in the conference’s focus.
