AccessibleEU Lithuania - Accessibility of cultural and leisure services for people with various disabilities (24-WS-LT-01)

These AccessibleEU workshops aim to inform the representatives of institutions which provide leisure services on how to create accessible services and spaces for persons with various disabilities.

Experts from various organisations of persons with disabilities will provide information on how to get to know and communicate with people with various disabilities. Especially in those cases where a specific place (a museum, a cinema or other) is not fully accessible, communication skills are very useful.

These workshops will also provide answers to the following questions: "How do I start to create an accessible place?", "What resources will be needed?", "Where can I go for information and help?", "How can I calculate the economic benefits of an inclusive place?", and so on.
