AccessibleEU Slovakia - Independent life 2023 (NW-SK-01)

AccessibleEU co-organises this event together with RPSP, Socia, SUPZ, NROZP and FAD STU, on independent life and participation of people with disabilities in society, including employment, science, education, and independent living.

The main objective is to open a discussion on the topic of active participation of people with disabilities in social life in accordance with the UN Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities and EU Disability Strategy to fulfil independent life of everyone with appropriate support services.

The goals of the AccessibleEU platform will be presented in order to attract potential members to become part of the platform's community. The aim is to create a network of professionals and practitioners, including people with disabilities and other stakeholders, that share a common agenda on the implementation of the EU Disability Strategy, as well as Slovak National program for the development of the living conditions of persons with disabilities for the years 2021-2030.
